“How will the themes work?”
(1) General SFW, Fluff and Hurt/With Comfort ratings.
(2) Phainon with all of the Chrysos Heirs or anyone he’ll be friends with.
(3) The theme won’t restrict to one setting, it can be any timeline, era or AU.❄ Phainon is the main character of the story you will create.❄ Must focus solely on Phainon and his friendship with the Chrysos Heirs, either all or any of the Chrysos Heirs or anyone in general.
(Example: Phainon with Anaxa and Hyacine or Phainon with Cyrene).
(Example: Phainon and Acheron or Phainon and Welt).❄ Fanarts with solo or only Phainon are also welcome.
(Example: Phainon visiting Xianzhou Luofu for the first time and is fascinated by the flying ships.)❄ As this is an SFW/Fluff and Hurt/With Comfort event and the theme surrounds ‘Found Family & Friendships’, contents that features mature themes, such as NSFW, triggering contents, and dark themes are not allowed.❄ Major Character Death, Sad/Bad Ending, and Ambiguous Ending that leads to unresolved situations at the end of the story are not allowed.❄ Writers who have written or drew their piece in the past that fits the guidelines are also accepted. If you are not sure your work fit the guidelines and rules, feel free to DM us!❄ Everyone is free to join and are not required to do all the prompts. Feel free to choose which prompts you want to make in your time.❄ As much as possible, please stick to the general theme of the event. You are free to create as you please, but please keep them SFW.

❄ Fanarts, threadfics and socmeds/chatfics will be retweeted or shared in all their respective platforms.
NOTE: There will be a voting if people would like their works (fanart, socmed/chatfic, threadfic) to be part of a thread we’ll make.❄ Fanfics will be collated in the Phainon Month 2025 collection in AO3.❄ All works will be collected and organized until the end of January.❄ For previous fics, we will be including it in the AO3 collection as long as creators add the hashtag. As for fanarts, socmeds/chatfics, threadfics, creators can retweet/repost their works with the hashtag and we'll retweet their original post on respective platforms.

The event will be mainly hosted on X/Twitter, Tumblr and BlueSky. Other platforms are also free to participate but announcements and other details will only be posted on the two platforms.

1. I want to write the remaining members of the Astral Express to meet Phainon, is that allowed?
Yes. We accept other characters as long as the theme still fits as Found Family and Friendships, this highlights the “anyone in general” line from the introduction.2. Can we write Phainon with other characters who are not part of the Chrysos Heirs/Astral Express?
Yes. The themes branch out beyond Phainon’s circle of friends and let him interact characters beyond the sky.3. I know the theme surrounds Found Family and Friends but is making a crack fanwork of the Lord Ravagers with Phainon allowed?
As per the last bullet in the guideline/rule, you are free to create as you please including crack fanworks. In our view, this falls the category of crack Found Family for Phainon with fellow Lord Ravagers. As much as possible, keep the content in line with the theme.4. Can we make an art of Khaslana? For fics, can we write where Phainon and Khaslana exist at the same time?
In accordance of the latest quests, he and Phainon are the same person, so yes. It is also allowed to create works where Phainon and Khaslana exist at the same time.5. I want to write a fic of Phainon haunting the narrative but he won’t be present, is that allowed?
We always welcome the dead wife haunting the narrative with open arms so yes.6. Are we allowed to include ships?
Shipping is allowed HOWEVER, it can only be a minor background in the story.
Note: We allow it but it is not a requirement for everyone to do so.7. Can we use double tags for the ship?
One tag can only be used and it will be the ship you most prefer. This way, people can navigate to each of their preferred dynamic.8. Should we strictly follow the prompts given?
The prompts only serve as a guide and it is up the creator’s discretion to interpret the prompts according to their preference. However, the weekly concepts must be followed.9. Is this only for Bottom Phainon since you’re a botphai account?
The Phainon Month 2025 event is purely SFW so any ships are allowed. We do advise that if you’re adding ships,
(1) They must only be a minor background, again.
(2) Must be tagged as #[shipname] on social media and [Ship name] - Freeform in AO3 (remove brackets). This way, it can be categorized properly which is why we encourage to not double tag.
As for our username, yes we do promote and will create Bottom Phainon events but some of our SFW events will be open for all, otherwise we will state clearly to avoid confusion.
